At FazGold, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because our Products (gold bars, silver coins, and bullion items) are precious-metal goods linked to live, fluctuating market prices, our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

2Order Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled only before payment confirmation. Once payment is confirmed, the order is locked in at the market rate at that time and cannot be cancelled, as this protects both the customer and FazGold from price fluctuation risk.
• If you wish to cancel before payment confirmation, please contact us immediately at admin@fazgold.com.

3Returns and Refund Eligibility

• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
• Products must be returned unused, unopened, with tamper-evident seals, certificates, and original packaging intact.
• Refunds/returns are accepted only in cases of: (a) product defect, (b) incorrect item delivered, or (c) item damaged in transit.
• Due to the nature of precious metal products and price volatility, refunds for change-of-mind or incorrect purchase decisions are not offered once an order is confirmed and processed.

4Refund Process

• Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
• Refund amount for approved returns will be based on the original purchase price, not the prevailing market price at the time of return.

5Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@fazgold.com with photos of the product and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
