• We currently ship within Singapore only.
• Delivery within Singapore typically takes 1-3 working days after dispatch.
• All shipments are sent via secure, trackable courier services given the value of the products.
• A signature and identity verification may be required upon delivery.

3Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is made, based on order value, weight, and delivery destination.

4Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent to your registered email address so you can monitor delivery status.

5Failed or Delayed Deliveries

Given the value and security protocols involved in bullion shipping, delivery may require an available recipient and valid ID at the delivery address. If delivery cannot be completed, our courier partner will contact you to arrange redelivery or collection.
